  3.                                XA Registration
  4.  
  5.      XA is just one of a set of programs designed for the CP-290 Computer 
  6.      Interface. As the author of these utilities, I have decided to share 
  7.      these programs with other users. There are two versions of these 
  8.      programs: Registered, and Shareware. 
  9.  
  10.      Shareware versions display an unobtrusive message each time you 
  11.      use the program in an effort to remind you to register this program.
  12.      Certain tokens have been disabled from the shareware version. 
  13.      Registration will restore all features of the program, as well
  14.      as provide you with the latest update, and an opportunity to voice 
  15.      your suggestions for new product features. 
  16.      
  17.      The current registration fee for new users is $29.00. This fee entitles 
  18.      you to receive the latest registered version of XA, and one future 
  19.      update as they become available. You will also receive a printed copy 
  20.      of the XA User's Guide and Reference manual. Complete the following 
  21.      information, and mail it along with a check or money order for $29.00.

  23.      If you already are a registered user and the terms of this agreement have 
  24.      been met (you received the specified upgrades), you may obtain the latest 
  25.      "registered" version of XA by sending in this form with payment.
  26.      You may select from one of the following options:
  27.         1)  $5.00 - Floppy Disk Only (specify 3.5" or 5.25)
  28.         2) $10.00 - Floppy Disk and Printed User's Manual
